3) Passports/Visas/Health Requirements

It is incumbent upon you to ensure that you meet the passport, visa, health requirements for entry into the countries you wish to visit and those through with you do or may transit. Many countries require that your passport should be valid for a period of (a minimum) six months from the date of arrival into that country. WHOSE Travel accepts no liability or responsibility whatsoever if you should be denied boarding or deported due to non-fulfillment of any of the above. Customers are considerately requested to check directly with the country embassies concerned to ensure full compliance of with the pertinent Entry Requirements of the countries you will or intend to visit or transit through.

4) Prices

Unless otherwise stated, prices listed on this site are exclusive of all taxes, including without limitation, local government taxes levies, fees, and all other charges together with any fine, penalty or interest payable because of your default. You must pay any amount you are required to pay in full upon demand.

Any booking and ticket issuance is subject to acceptance by WHOSE Travel and it shall not be held responsible for any error, omission or unforeseen circumstances in relation to any of the above or in relation to any prices or any other information.

5) On Line Bookings and Purchases

Payment made by credit card directly with WHOSE Travel will have the merchant name appearing on your credit card statement as: WHOSE Travel Co. Ltd.

General Terms - Flights

• All timing shown on itineraries and airline tickets is in local city times.
• Once your booking is confirmed and your airline ticket issued, cancellation may not be allowed or subject to cancellation fees.
• Local taxes and surcharges in some countries are collected at departure terminal. These are not included with this purchase.
• Prices are not guaranteed until full payment is received and your ticket is issued.
  

5a) Cancellation of Booking and Purchase

Please note that the terms and conditions found in the website for cancellation of bookings and purchases will vary for each product and service and may be varied at any time without notice. Therefore refer to the terms and conditions for a specific product or service or contact our representatives for more information. Any cancellations of a particular product or services are subject to the terms and conditions applicable to the particular product or services. Cancellation may not be allowed or may require a minimum processing time of varying periods, subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to the type of product or service purchased. Refund of air tickets and changes, if permitted by airline, is subject to airline penalty fee and our administration fee of NT 800 per passenger. Refund process after ticket is issued takes approximately three to six months processing time before the credit is received.

5b) Changes to Booking and Purchase

Please note that the terms and conditions for changes to bookings and purchases will vary for each product and service and may be varied at any time without notice. Please therefore refer to the terms and conditions for a specific product or service. Any changes made of a particular product or services are subject to the terms and conditions applicable to the particular product or services. You may otherwise change your booking or purchase by calling our representative or by visiting our office during office hours. Changes, must be received by the operator at least 7 days before travel or use to be effective, and may be subject to administrative fees which you agree to bear in full and pay at the time of change in booking or purchase. Please note that changes to ticketed air tickets may not be permitted.

5c) Refunds and Exclusion of Liability

The Operator shall not be held liable for any claims for loss, damages or compensation whatsoever, regardless of the nature of any said loss, damages, or compensation due to any non-fulfillment should you purchase a product or service that cannot be fulfilled. In such an event, the Operator' sole responsibility shall be to refund to you all unutilized monies collected from you for that purchase, subject to any prevailing terms and conditions, including without limitation, processing, cancellation, and/or other charges, regarding refunds imposed by the third parties on the relevant products and services that you may have purchased via the this site.

5d) Other Conditions

All products and services sold via this site, are, unless otherwise expressly specified, sold by us acting as an agent of one or more third party providers and distributors and you acknowledge the same in making all purchases via this site. Bookings for purchases of products and services may be placed by you via this site. If you accept the products and services provided via this site, a contract may be deemed to have been made online between yourself and the relevant third party providers, and/or distributors and/or the operator, as the case may be. You agree, via your acceptance of any products and services provided via this site, to waive unconditionally and irrevocably any right to challenge any Contract made electronically via your acceptance of products and services provided via this site on the ground(s) that such a Contract is unenforceable in part or in full on the ground(s) that any such Contract was made electronically. All products and services purchased through this site shall not be challenged nor any refunds or other compensation provided except in case of validly effected cancellations or changes and in all cases, subject to these terms and conditions. No purchases or transactions shall be conducted via this site from any jurisdiction where any such transaction or purchase would be deemed or considered unlawful.

There may be cases where third parties whose products and services are offered via this site overbook flights or re-schedule flights without prior notice and we are not responsible for any inconvenience or loss resulting from the same. Note that all products and services purchased via this site require processing by us, which is done during normal office hours. Specific products and services purchased via this site may require a minimum processing time by us of varying periods, subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to the type of product or service purchased.

All prices quoted on this site are subject to change without prior notice up to the point of full payment receipt and are also subject to availability. Some bookings may draw booking fees and other charges such as fuel surcharges, and all such charges must be paid separately by you as and when required. Certain airport taxes must be paid personally and may not be pre-payable or included in the cost of an airfare quoted on this site. Third party service providers ultimately providing travel services such as air travel , hotels, cars, packages or cruises- may reserve the right to amend or change availability, prices, fare conditions and class of travel at any time without notice. In addition, certain route restrictions and/or other conditions may be applicable to specific products and services offered via this site.

In case booking is disrupted along the booking process, we are not liable if the same itinerary or fare is no longer available in the system.

6) User's Warranty

When making a booking through our website, you warrant that all information provided by you will be accurate, true and complete in all aspects including without limitation valid credit cards details and that such details will be in respect of credit cards lawfully issued to you. If payment is being made on behalf for a third party for products or services, we will require the credit card holder to authorized payment on behalf of traveling party/guest by completing and signing the Credit Card Authorization Form and return to us via fax or email together with photocopy of the front and back of the credit card.

As a customer, you agree to accept email as a means of communication. Travel vouchers and confirmation of your booking via email shall therefore suffice to satisfy any legal requirements for such communications to be effective and binding upon you. You also agree to write to flights@whosetravel.com to check your booking status in case you do not hear from us after making a booking. You agree to not hold www.WHOSETravel.com liable for any non-receipt of any travel voucher or email confirmation.

You agree that multiple over-lapping bookings for the same traveler/s are not allowed and may result in damage and loss to the Operator, which you will bear in full.

WHOSE Travel or the operator shall not be held responsible for any incomplete booking order or irregular payment details. In some extreme circumstances, we may not be able to honor the booking confirmation for reasons reasonably beyond our control. These reasons may include but are not limited to: government regulations, environmental or other natural or man made disaster, acts of terrorism, wars, strikes, lock outs, or any other reason beyond the reasonable control of the operator or WHOSE Travel.

As a customer, I authorize www.WHOSETravel.com to process a manual payment on my behalf when a request or booking can be confirmed.

7) Disclaimer

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR AND WHOSE TRAVEL MAKE NO WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND REGARDING THIS SITE, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES ON THIS SITE AND/OR ANY MATERIAL PROVIDED ON THIS SITE, ALL OF WHICH ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS IS BASIS ONLY. In rare cases, when we are unable to fulfill your reservation due to overbooking, we will try our very best, but will be under no obligation, to provide you with an alternative of comparable price and standards. When this occurs, we will contact you via email or phone to obtain your approval. If you decline the alternative and have been charged for the original booking, you will be refunded all unutilized monies collected from you for that purchase.
