Hualien
Ocean Park is adjacent to the Hualien Visitor
Center and is located in the county of Hualien
and is 10 kilometres away from Hualien City. It
consists of 3 main areas. The main theme park
area with 19th-century British dock and carnival
scenes. Natural Landscape Park, and the Victorian-styled
hotel.
The
main amusement area includes:

Mariner's
Cove, Discovery Island, Dolphin Lagoon, Main Street,
Harbour Square, Brighton by the Sea, Underwater
Kingdom, and Crystal Castle. There is also a gondola
service available within the ambit.
The Natural Landscape Area is situated between
the main theme park and the 391-room Victorian-styled
hotel 100 and 200 meters above sea level. You
can find a bird's garden, palm tree garden, tropical
rain forest garden, a marrital square, desert
botanical garden, and a evergreen botanical garden.

Some
of the activities in the park include a welcome
Show by the Marine Family, the Dolphin Show, Mermaid
Show, Main Street Parade, Crystal Castle Parade,
and the Sea Lion Show.

| Points
to keep in mind: The tickets are available for
the whole day's visit, however certain activities
or shows may require more fees.There are restictons
for people under 90cm of height and disabled persons
about taking any rides at the venue. When the number
of visitors reaches the parks limit, the Park forbids
anymore entries. Parking is avaibale for NT 100
per car or NT 30 per motorcycle. |
